Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions:
1. Music in Two Beats Studio offers Music and Art educational services as one-to-one (individual) or group lessons for Students of any age.
2. All lessons in Music in Two Beats Studio can be booked for the minimum period of one Term.
3. Every Term is specified by Music in Two Beats in a ‘’Calendar’’.
4. A ‘’Calendar’’ which specifies all days with the classes and events for a complete School Year is available to every Student (Student’s Parent/Guardian) and sent to every Student (Student’s Parent/Guardian) in advance.
5. Every School Year starts at the beginning of September and ends at the end of June. Specific dates for each School Year are available for the Students (Student’s Parent/Guardian) in advance.
6. Based on the ‘’Calendar’’ every Student (Student’s Parent/Guardian) will receive an invoice with a payment time specified by Music in Two Beats Studio.
7. Every Student (Student’s Parent/Guardian) can cancel their lessons at the end of every Term.

9. Every Student (Student’s Parent/Guardian) will receive an agreement for educational services in Music in Two Beats Studio.
10. For the safety of the Students, our Music Rooms are being monitored by CCTV.
11. All lessons can be booked with a teacher based on teacher’s available spots.
12. All Students can rent an instrument from Music in Two Beats Studio.
13. Music in Two Beats Studio provides all available knowledge to the Students and takes the responsibility to teach in the highest professional standard.
Absence Policy for One-to-One lessons:
1. If the Student is under 18 years of age, all information regarding the Student’s absence must be given to the Teacher by the Parent/Guardian in a written form (email, message).
2. In the event of Student’s absence, Student’s Parent, Guardian or adult Student needs to inform the Teacher about the absence no later than 24 hours before the lesson.
3. If the Teacher was informed of the absence no later than 24 hours before the lessons, a Student can recover his lesson in the next 3 weeks from the absence.
4. A Student will be able to recover the lesson only if the Teacher has available spots.
5. If a Student’s Parent, Guardian or adult Student fails to inform the Teacher about the absence, or informs the Teacher later than 24 hours before the lesson, the lesson cannot be recovered.
6. All group classes (Piano and Guitar Group Classes, Theory of Music Lessons and Early Years Childhood Education Classes) cannot be recovered in the event of Student’s absence.
